Prices and Payment

All prices are in?Dollars and include?Taxes?at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are?not included in the prices quoted, Shipping charges will be calculated depending on the number of items in the shopping cart. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and despatched your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order. Delivery We will deliver in every country?s of the World. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 5 working days.

Purchasing All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order?s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a store credit or exchange. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, under wear or goods that by their nature cannot be returned. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods.?The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.

The charge of invoice is by cash in advance, certified cheque, postal order and PayPal (visa, MasterCard and AmericanExpress).

Statutory Rights These Terms and Conditions do not any affect of your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

?Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds. You may return any DAMAGED ITEM for an exchange or store credit with the receipt and tags attached in the original condition. Store credits are good for one year from the day of the return. Please contact us within 48 hours (via email or telephone) of receipt of an order to know if you have a problem with a garment.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned item.

?If we have authorized a return for exchange or store credit, it must be return within 48 hours of your original receipt of the item, unless other arrangement have been made. Please send item back unworn. There will also be a 30% restocking fee deducted from your cost.

?Please Note: If returned item come back damaged smelling of smoke or are in any way less than the condition they were sent to you in we reserve the right to deduct for dry cleaning or repairs, a percentage of what is due back to you in credit. This will be assessed on a case by case basis. Normas Fashions reserve the right to deny any exchange or store credit on any merchandise.

Due to the popularity of our merchandise, please allow 3-5 business days for you to receive your order (domestic only) Some items may take up to 7 working days.
